Project Description

SAI provided the MEP design for the alterations, additions, and renovation of a 3,500 SF, single-story branch bank with the requirement that it remain open during construction, phasing the design to reduce impact. Design included new drive-through window with pneumatic tubes, ATM, and night deposit boxes, New teller stations, office reconfiguration, break room expansion, IT room relocation, a new toilet room are included, and new HVAC units.
